Bayern Munich-AC Milan, probable lineups
AC Milan will face Bayern Munich in the second match of the International Champions Cup 2017. Afterwards the rossoneri will play the first leg of Europa League.
Tomorrow, at 11.35 pm Italian time, AC Milan will face Bayern Munich at the Shenzhen Universiade Center, in the second, and last, friendly match of the Chinese tour. Manager Vincenzo Montella, who in less than a week will be called to play the first official commitment of the season, will try to make the most of this test in order to assess the tactical and physical evolution of his players.
After the great hustle and bustle of the past few weeks, it is time to return on the pitch. Of course, we are talking about the 18 year old goalkeeper, Gianluigi Donnarumma who will defend the goal of the new and renewed rossoneri team. The young goalkeeper will be supported by a defense of four. The manager will continue with the 4-3-3 formation and in the Bayern Munich challenge, to protect the rossoneri’s half, we should find Ignazio Abate, Mateo Musacchio, Cristian Zapata and Ricardo Rodriguez.
In the midfield, former captain Riccardo Montolivo returns and should be joined by Franck Kessie (perhaps the best player of AC Milan in the match against Borussia Dortmund) and Giacomo Bonaventura, now stable in the role of the left midfielder. The offensive trident, on the other hand, should be composed of M’baye Niang, youngster Patrick Cutrone and Fabio Borini. The French attacker and the former Liverpool were on the field from the first minute even in the match lost 1-3 against Borussia Dortmund. In this match the rossoneri will face ex manager Carlo Ancelotti. This match will be an ideal occasion to continue the negotiations about Renato Sanches.
